Professional Flyer
Presentation:
We photograph the exterior of your home plus
interior rooms and display them on a flyer that can
be taken home by potential buyers. When the buyers
go back home to make a decision, they have a
complete listing of all the amenities to remind them
of the quality of your home.
Your home may have a Virtual Tour and digital
slide show so that the prospective buyers can see
the inside of your home and the backyard right
online.
Traditional Marketing of Your
Home:
Your home will be listed with our MLS (Multiple
Listing Service) so that all active agents and
brokers can find your home and include when they
show their buyers possible new homes. A unique
Valley Properties sign will be placed in your front
yard and a flyer box will contain the outside
flyers.
Staging Your Home:
You'll be given tips on preparing your home for
sale. You'll also receive information to assist you
prepare your home for each showing. First
impressions, of course, are the most important so we
will work together to make the strongest of first
impressions. We refer to this task as "ShowTime".
Advertising:
Your home may be showcased to thousands of weekly
readers by aggressively advertising in the region's
most widely read publications.
"Just Listed" Mail Outs:
Color printed cards are sent out to the
surrounding neighborhoods, to top producing agents
and brokers plus our personal data base of active
